If at any point information is to be shared with a partner or co-sponsor (such as in the case of a co-promotion offered jointly by ShowbizCrew and another company) this will be specifically described prior to your submitting data. You can always decide not to participate in the service or promotion if you don't want your data to be shared.

Credit card information: If you utilize the ShowbizCrew service more than a specified number of times, you may be asked to purchase membership credits in order to respond to job postings. In this instance, your credit card is charged via our accounts with VeriSign, Inc. and Bank of America, who in-turn debit your card account with your corresponding bank. Charges to your credit card statement may be listed from our parent company, Showbizjobs.com. This transaction is protected from online piracy via a secured socket link (SSL) that is a common e-commerce encryption method. This link and associated encryption codes are updated annually by Showbizjobs.com (ShowbizCrew parent). Your credit card number is held in our database for future payment reference by you and the system, however this data is not shared, displayed in full, or referenced by any other parties other than yourself via a user name and pass code login and cookie.

Web site information collected via cookies and log files--such as the number of users visiting a particular page per day-is used by us to improve and fine-tune our Web site. We might also at some point in the future share some of this summary information with advertisers, partners or others--but you can rest assured that this aggregate data contains no personally identifiable information about you.

Areas powered by third parties: The ShowbizCrew Web site may offer user services or features that are delivered by third parties (for example, Chat/Message boards), in which personal information you submit is covered by third-party privacy guidelines different from ours. ShowbizCrew offers a Mobile Runner™ notification option that sends job data and confirmation prompts to Crew Member’s mobile phone or PDA. No personal data or credit card data is transmitted via this communication link. All communication using this manner or channel once in the Crew Member mobile phone carrier network (cell phone network) is covered under the respective carrier’s quality of service and privacy terms.

We have trained our employees with respect to this privacy policy and information collection, use and maintenance procedures. Our practices limit employee access to confidential information and limit the disclosure of such information to authorized persons and transactions.

While we do our utmost to ensure the security of information on our systems, it's impossible for us (or anyone else) to guarantee the security of information sent over the Internet. There's always a risk, however small, when you transmit information over an open, public network such as the Internet and World Wide Web.

Legally Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to disclose information when legally compelled to do so or when we in good faith believe that the law requires it or that it is necessary to protect our rights.
